How to Submit your Absentee ballot:
- Vote Electronically via VOTE HOA NOW. If you have an email address or cell phone number on file with the Association, you will receive an email or text message from VOTE HOA NOW soon that will have instructions and a “key” so you can vote electronically, if you desire. If you do not receive your instructions or a “key”, check your spam or junk mail folders, or contact Association Manager Melissa Smith at wesvil@ciramail.com for help. If you do not have an email/cell number on file, contact Melissa Smith to get set up
